Affiliate program terms

These terms govern participation in the PageSpeedAudit affiliate program. By signing up you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary — review with legal counsel before launch.

Eligibility

Anyone with a valid email may join — there are no volume or audience requirements. You must confirm your email address, and provide accurate information. We may suspend or remove any affiliate at our discretion, for example for fraud or abuse.

Commission

• You earn 30% of the net amount the customer pays on each sale attributed to you. A general/marketing promotion lowers the net (and therefore your commission) proportionally; the rate is unchanged.
• Your two personal coupons (5% and 10%) are funded from your commission: the discount a buyer receives with your coupon is deducted from what you earn on that sale.
• Commission is never negative and is subject to change on prospective sales.

Attribution

Sales are attributed by your personal coupon (when used) or, otherwise, by a last-click cookie set when a visitor uses your referral link, valid for 30 days. A sale bought with a reseller/wholesale coupon is not an affiliate referral and earns no commission.

What does not earn commission

• Returning customers. Commission is earned on a customer's first purchase only — a buyer who has purchased before is not a referral, even via your link or coupon.
• Self-purchases. Buying through your own link or coupon does not earn a commission.
• Refunds, disputes and chargebacks. If a sale is refunded, disputed or charged back, its commission is reversed, including a clawback of amounts already paid (by reversing the transfer or by offsetting your future payouts).
• Fraudulent, misleading, spammy, or trademark-infringing promotion. Cookie-stuffing, self-referral schemes, incentivized clicks, posting coupon codes to coupon-aggregator sites, and unsolicited email/spam are prohibited.

Payouts

• Commissions are held for 30 days (the refund window) before becoming payable, then paid via Stripe to the connected account you set up from your dashboard.
• The minimum payout is $300 — smaller balances carry over to the next run.
• You must set up Stripe payouts to be paid. Approved commissions of accounts without a payout method are forfeited after 180 days (Stripe payouts are not available in every country — check before promoting).
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

Visitor consent

For visitors in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland, the attribution cookie is set only after the visitor consents on the referral redirect. A visitor who declines can still buy normally — the sale then simply isn't attributed by cookie (coupon attribution is unaffected).

Changes & termination

We may change these terms, the commission rate, or the program at any time, with changes applying to future sales. Either party may end participation at any time; unpaid, matured, non-reversed commissions earned before termination remain payable. There is no guarantee of earnings.
