Privacy policy

This summary describes how PageSpeedAudit handles personal data. Review with legal counsel before launch.

What we process

• Purchases & accounts: your email address, payment status and the audited URL — required to deliver the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
• Audit execution: the URL you submit is analyzed using Google PageSpeed Insights, on analysis infrastructure provided by Anthropic, PBC, to produce your report.
• Transactional email: sent via Mailgun (receipts, report notifications, account emails).
• Newsletter: only with double opt-in; every email contains an unsubscribe link (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Hosting & security: this site is served via Cloudflare; server logs (IP, user agent) are kept briefly for security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data, and object to processing — contact support@pagespeedaudit.com.

Retention

Account and purchase records are kept as long as legally required (tax law); reports remain available in your account. Newsletter data is deleted on unsubscribe.
